Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, share, and protect your information, and the choices and rights you have over it.
Last updated: June 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how RiseLogicSEO (“RiseLogicSEO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information when you visit www.riselogicseo.com(the “Site”), book a free strategy call, communicate with us, or otherwise use our local SEO and marketing services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Site or Services, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.
RiseLogicSEOprovides local SEO and marketing services to dental and other professional practices. We are not a healthcare provider and do not knowingly collect patients' medical or dental records or other protected health information through this Site. See No Patient Health Data below.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal information, depending on how you interact with us:
a. Information you give us
- Contact and identifiers: your name, business or practice name, email address, and phone number, primarily when you schedule a free strategy call through our booking widget (provided by GoHighLevel), fill out a form, or email us.
- Communications: the content of messages, call notes, and any other information you choose to share with us during calls, emails, or onboarding.
- Commercial information: services you inquire about or purchase, and records of our interactions, once you become a client.
b. Information collected automatically
- Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits, collected through cookies and similar technologies and through analytics providers such as Google.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see Cookies and Tracking below.
c. Website audit tool
Our free website audit tool processes a website address (URL) you submit so we can analyze that site's public pages and generate an SEO and local-visibility report. We retrieve only publicly available information from the address you provide and use a third-party performance service (Google PageSpeed Insights) as part of the analysis. We store the generated report, keyed to that website address, so the result is shareable and so repeat requests for the same site return instantly. The tool is intended for a website you own or are authorized to analyze; please do not submit a site you have no relationship with, and do not enter personal information into the audit field.
d. Information from third parties
We may receive information about you from our service providers (for example, the booking platform that powers our scheduling widget and analytics providers), and from publicly available sources used to research prospective clients.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to:
- schedule, confirm, and conduct your free strategy call;
- provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Site and Services;
- respond to your inquiries and provide customer support and account management;
- send you administrative, transactional, and (where permitted) marketing communications about our Services by email, phone, or text;
- measure and analyze Site traffic, performance, and the effectiveness of our marketing;
- detect, prevent, and address fraud, security incidents, and misuse; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
3. Legal Bases for Processing (EU/UK)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal information on the following legal bases: (i) your consent; (ii) the performance of a contract with you or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract; (iii) our legitimate interests in operating and growing our business, provided these are not overridden by your rights; and (iv) compliance with a legal obligation. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We and our providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, understand how the Site is used, and measure marketing performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the Site functions.
Retargeting and advertising. When you visit the Site, a third-party retargeting pixel loads and runs automatically as the page loads, and may set its own cookies to recognize your browser and show you our ads on other websites and platforms. At the same time, we assign your browser a first-party identifier and record technical details of your visit — such as your IP address, approximate location, browser and device information, language, time zone, referring page, and the pages you land on — to measure and improve our marketing. This collection happens on every visit and is not conditioned on the cookie notice: the banner you may see is there to inform you and is not a switch that starts or stops this activity. Where the law requires your prior consent for this kind of tracking, we rely on the legal bases and the controls described in this Policy. You can limit or opt out of this collection at any time using your browser’s cookie and tracking controls, a recognized opt-out signal (see below), or the industry opt-out tools at the DAA and NAI, and by contacting us at support@riselogicseo.com.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control.Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. Because there is no common industry standard for DNT, we do not currently respond to DNT signals. Where required by law, we treat a recognized Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid request to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for the browser or device that sends it.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share personal information only as described below:
- Service providers: companies that perform services on our behalf under contract, such as our scheduling and CRM platform (GoHighLevel), website hosting, analytics (e.g., Google), and email and communication tools. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- Legal and safety: when we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; to enforce our agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of RiseLogicSEO, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
- With your direction or consent: when you ask us to share information or otherwise consent.
Some sharing with analytics or advertising partners may be considered “sharing” or a “sale” under certain US state laws even when no money changes hands. You can exercise your opt-out rights as described in Your Privacy Rights.
6. Marketing Communications and Your Choices
- Email. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any such email or by contacting us. We will still send you non-marketing messages related to your account or transactions.
- Calls and texts. By providing your phone number, you consent to be contacted by us at that number, including for follow-up about your inquiry. Where required, we obtain prior express consent before sending marketing calls or text messages using automated technology, and you may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or telling us during a call. Message and data rates may apply.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and communications with us confidential.
9. Your Privacy Rights
a. California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
In the prior 12 months, we may have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers (e.g., name, email, phone, IP address); commercial information (services inquired about or purchased); internet or network activity (browsing and usage data); and inferences drawn from the above. We collect this information for the business purposes described in How We Use Your Information, disclose it to the categories of recipients in How We Share Information, and do not sell it for money.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you;
- delete personal information we have collected, subject to exceptions;
- correct inaccurate personal information;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; and
- not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
California's “Shine the Light” law also lets California residents request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Contact Us. We will verify your request and may ask for information to confirm your identity. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.
b. Other US state privacy rights
Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and a growing number of others) may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of their personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising and certain profiling. To exercise these rights, contact us as described in Contact Us. You may also have the right to appeal a decision we make about your request.
c. EU/UK rights (GDPR)
If you are in the EEA or the UK, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal information, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We respond to verified requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.
10. International Data Transfers
We are based in the United States and process information there. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
11. Children's Privacy
The Site and Services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
12. No Patient Health Data
RiseLogicSEO provides marketing services to professional practices. We do not request or knowingly collect patient medical records, dental records, or other protected health information through this Site, and you should not submit such information to us. Our handling of any practice client data is governed by our separate services agreement with that client.
13. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may link to third-party websites and services (for example, our scheduling provider or sites featured in our work). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. Your continued use of the Site or Services after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
15. Contact Us
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or wish to exercise your privacy rights, contact us at support@riselogicseo.com. Please include enough detail for us to understand and verify your request. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
